I know this probably doesn't belong in this forum, but it is possibly the only forum that it has any relation to it so here it goes.

My brother and I both ordered 17 inch MBP's on June 30th. It shipped on Thursday (the 5th) without a hitch; it's been from Shanghai to Alaska to Tennessee, but now thats where the problem is:

Jul 6, 2007

12:59 PM Departed FedEx location MEMPHIS, TN
4:34 AM In transit MEMPHIS, TN
12:30 AM Arrived at FedEx location MEMPHIS, TN

There has been no update as to the next destination of arrival. Call me a little nervous, but is this normal? I paid for the extra shipping costs so it would be here sooner. It's not that I am expecting to be using it now, but the fact that there hasn't been anymore tracking updates since Friday.

Call FedEx to get the details from them. Also, call Apple about the shipping charges.
I've done so in the past, and they have always refunded the shipping charges when things didn't get shipped like they should have.
Too many Apple/Mac products to even bother listing!

Sometimes folks accidentally enter the wrong code for a scan and things like this happen. UPS is REALLY bad about that-I've had stuff show up in town (according to the UPS web site) only to be actually back in (select a city and put it here) where instead of being logged out to GO to my city, it was logged as having ARRIVED AT my city. It's an oops. 'Course it would be MUCH better if FedEx would be blatantly obvious about WHEN your driver was going to be somewhere near your delivery location so you could actually BE there... Can't have everything I guess.
