My company just became official and also got mega funding, so we hit the town last night. Between 3 of us we had 5 bottles of champagne (Veuve Clicquot no less!) and numerous cocktails, shots and a fair amount of sáke (sic) at dinner.

Whoa.

I feel bad.

Fortunately I met a hottie and we're going for lunch.

How's your feeling of regret to saying "Okay, I'll stay for one more drink ... "?

On balance, sounds like a good night.

it was my first night at school last night and I somehow managaed to lock myself out of my room. it is now 8:33am and I already had to go to the managers office and get a key for my room. I also went to McDonald's and got myself a breakfast burrito

anyone ever had Skippy? A case of beer+handle of vodka+28 scoops of lemonade powder. it was pretty good. good to make if you have a big enough tub to put it all in

I had two beers last night an most of an extra large Pokey Stix...it's basically pizza crust covered with garlic, cheese, and grease. They're amazing. I'm still full 8 hours later.

Too much drink no good. Two drinks and you're hung like a horse. Five drinks and you're hung by a noose.

Hee hawwwww

Corporate network was down for almost five hours yesterday afternoon - didn't come up until almost 5:00. Me and some other guys left and got beers at like 2:15, and stayed at the bar until after five.

I got to sleep in today, though, so no hangover. Last time I went with these guys it was on a weeknight, and I was hungover as frack the next day due to getting almost no sleep.

In all my years of binge drinking that is the most disgusting thing I have ever heard of.
How can anyone believe that is not an instant recipe for vomiting?

Anyway, yes I am a tad hungover from some random party last night. But my bestfriend is a financial analyst for U.S. Cellular and he secured us free tickets for the R vs. W Sox game today in the Jim Beam Club so I have to get over it and go. I plan on napping after so I can make it out by 9 again. This is always the best time of year to go out given the weather and influx of people to the city.

Also I hope you didn't have those low fat Pokey Sticks. Its an abomination to the principle of Gumbys.

Not hung over today, but yesterday morning was a rough one. Went out after work and had way too much Dogfish Head 90 Minute IPA and way too much Tullamore Dew in way too short of a time. It was long walk home for sure.

The single most amazing drug for hangovers is called "Zofran". One dose and the nausea goes away. Expensive, but damned effective for getting through a workday after a long night on the town..

Oh, I thought this thread was going to be something else. Somehow the "over" drops out of the title on the forum index…
