I'm trying to find a "collaborative" TextEdit type of program. The idea is that people on a network can use this application together with a TextEdit or other word processor frontend and collectively type. I know a program like this exists, but I forgot the name of it.

If anyone can point me in the right direction, I would be so thankful!!!!!
