Oh, boy, this will be long, since I'm a Mac only user since 1984 (well, a few VAXen until Mac cpu power passed the VAX level)

1984 Original 128k, one floppy.
1985 Hacked the motherboard, made it a 512K, added external floppy
1986 Mac+, external "Macbottom" 20Meg (not gig!) HD
1988 Added Novy systems 68020/881 cpu daughterboard, 16 mhz(!) and 4 megs ram
1989-Early 90's Mac IIci in lab, various Novy systems upgrade boards in Mac+
1990 Mac SE 20 (best classic Mac form factor machine ever made)
Mid 90's PowerPC 6100, with the oscillator hack to change 60 mhz to 80 mhz
Powerbook G3, converted to laptops entirely
Titanium Powerbook 400 mhz
"Gigabook", 1 ghz Ti powerbook
2006 Macbook Pro, Core Duo, 2 gigs Ram, upgraded to 160G 7200 rpm drive
