Am I being dumb and missing something obvious? Get info only gives access to the first page of fields. The sort as fields are only accessible when you are editing one record at a time. How do I set all an artist's tracks to be sorted correctly?
You edit one, then control click in the list view and select "Apply sorting for all songs with the same artist" from the context menu (may need to select all beforehand, I don't remember that).
