So who says people should be scared that scientists would go overboard with cloning/genetic tampering.

glow in the dark cats

this is all pretty normal, and not messing with nature

I'd predict this would go 5 pages, but honestly, MacNN lacks the heart anymore.

Yeah, you're on a thread starting streak lately. (Actually, I am too, for my standards)

So what's your big objection?

No objection just thought it was interesting that they made glow in the dark cats.

Perhaps I'll create some glow in the dark cats for an army and my attempt at world domination

All cats need to be glow-in-the-dark cats.

I guess they're easier to see in the dark - less tripping and stumbling about.

I can't wait for glowing chocolate syrup.

Glow in the dark is a misrepresentation. Isn't a UV light required?

Shenanigans! You are correct, dear nemesis. A UV light is required.

I like this idea of glow-in-the-dark cats.

Easier to run them over on poorly-lit streets.

[EDIT] I'm adding UV lights to my Honda Element.

A cat that glows under a blacklight? Awesome! That's like all those tacky dragon and tiger blacklight posters I had as a kid, except it's real. Now I need a florescent cat and to sit in infront of a fish tank full of the green glowing genetically tailored fish and I'd be in bidness.
Curse your sudden but inevitable betrayal!
