It was updated in November to the new intel onboard graphics and the 2.2GHz. So probably a few months, but who knows?

It'll be much easier if you just comply.

Regular MacBook? Not until next quarter.
MacBook Pro? This month or next.
Sig for details.

MacBooks and iBooks have always been updated around April/May and October/November.

If Apple would wait till May they could go with Cantiga and the 1067 MHz FSB Penryn refresh. I doubt the MBP won't see an update till then though.

I was really hoping the MacBook would get an LED display. I'd like a laptop, and the MacBook is all I really need (I don't really need a laptop, I just want one). I guess I'll wait a while and see if they come out with the LED display.

You'll be waiting for quite a while i'd suspect.

Backups are like guns and condoms. It's better to have it and not need it than to need it and not have it.

The MacBook will probably be updated sometime in May. They like to get it out right after school ends, and have it around all summer so there's some buzz for it and it's a known product for people to purchase for school. Kinda like how the put out iPods a few months before Christmas, to get some product out there and have the new lines known for the holiday season.
