I have a MBP that I am considering selling. I will list the specifications below, could someone please tell me how much can I should sell it for?

MBP 15" Matte Screen display
2.16GHz C2D
3GB RAM
320GB HD
SuperDrive
ATI Radeon X1600 128MB

Software:

Adobe CS3 suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, DreamWeaver, Flash, Fireworks, Bridge, etc.....the list goes on)
MS Office
Toast Titanium 8.02 (can upgrade to 9 no problem)

Many more software, just too much to list...

Mint condition, not scratches or cracks. No dead pixels. Also has the MarWare palm pad so the metal where the palms of your hands sit do not tarnish.

Thanks in advance for any advice!

With the huge hard drive and good RAM + so much software pre-installed I think you should sell it for minimum as much a you bought it for... If you add up how much it cost for you + how much every single program you have would cost and then subtract a couple hundred and you should have an okay price.

I hope any of this was helpful.

I doubt it.. pre installed software doesnt add any value to the hardware your selling!!

Software does include licenses...Only reason I am considering selling is because I'm hearing that a new MBP will come out in November. I need more than 3GB RAM, and I will be buying the next release...so I'll be OK for now with my MacPro and MB...

It is worth about $1,400 according to mac2sell.net. Their prices are usually pretty accurate in my findings. Oh and that is not including software.

While I do agree with what you say, I think that it would have quite a significant affect if the buyer is looking for a laptop with these specific hardware.
