Hey;

Is there an easy way to tell Time Machine to NOT keep backing up a certain folder on my hard drive? I have in mind my Downloads folder, which is often full of BitTorrent downloads that are partially done and that, when they're done, I'll transfer to an external drive. Backing all of them up all the time just fills my Time Machine drive with redundant stuff.

So basically want to tell Time Machine: "Back up the whole rest of my machine, but not THIS folder." Is it possible?

Thanks.

In Time Machine preferences, click the options (may say something different; I'm booted into Windows right now) button to add things to not backup.
