office 2004 - can't find language under Tools

I need help. I have office 2004 and under tools I can't find language so I re installed office and it is still not there yet that feature is on my macbook. Any suggestions. I have a g4 mac mini.

Well any how how do I fix that feature? It is not there and I have a paper to write in Japanese with the kanji and the romaji in small.

You change the language in the System Preferences. Or are you saying you just want to use a foreign font and continue working in English? Did you install the language you want to use when you installed the OS on your computer?
