How does this relate to the complete annihilation of American liberty, Badkosh, or is this thread now a general anything 0bama = bad thread?

If not, there is always the flag pin thing...
It's funny how weeks ago you wouldn't have believed anything Blogoyovich said, but now that there is an opportunity to hurt Obama he is your savior.

Yes, if somehow pigs fly and we impeach Obama, that will be the Complete Annihilation of American Liberty. Finally, we agree on something!

Funny that Ive never even discussed or brought him up, so again your liberal biases and mental issues are getting in the way of you seeing reality. He is quite a character.

It was a collective "you".
I always find this sense of enlightenment you seem to feel and this delusion that either you don't have a bias of your own or that your bias is superior to any other to be rather humorous...
It is my greatest hope that someday I will be worthy to be seen as on your level, free of my mental issues, and dancing around in the promise land of wisdom and enlightenment assigning zeros to Obama Os while perched on top of a rainbow colored unicorn!

Man, I'd tap that liberty woman's ass... I'd like to know if her crown actually had the word "liberty" printed on it though. I certainly hope that our monarchy lived in freedom of oppressive rule!

lol! I'm fairly certain a President can't be impeached just because he was able to get a law created that you don't agree with. It's quite amazing to observe how little people understand about their own political system when they're interests aren't represented by the party in power.

Go look at the last post of the last page. Apparently Obama may have suggested someone to Blagovich to take over his Senate seat, which is more of an impeachable offense than starting an illegal war.
Then again, to some folks Obama putting his feet on the Resolute Desk in the Oval Office should be an impeachable offense.

I say go ahead and push for impeachment! I've got two words for those who wish for that: President Biden.
Perhaps if folks were to focus a little less on impeachment, and a little more on putting forth a candidate that a majority of people might actually want to vote for, they'd meet with a bit more satisfaction.

I guess you're satisfied with the job the democrats did in providing a competent presidential candidate who really cared for the citizens? Same goes for the VP. I think you were lied to.

I can only suppose that the irony of labeling and demonizing one group ('liberals') by complaining that they label and demonize other groups is completely lost on you.

Because we should give the police officers more powers to question, interrogate, and search you for whatever reason?
Conservatives love a police state.
I say give the police the power to demand proof of gun ownership too. They might be illegally owning a gun. Hell, they might be illegals owning illegal guns!
Anyway suspected of illegally owning a gun should be question and we be required to show proof of permit to own a gun.
We can't have illegals owning illegal guns can we?

My thoughts exactly.
It's astonishing how certain people aren't aware of their knee-deep hypocrisy. Some of the same people that only a few years ago were telling others to stop whining and just 'suck it up'.

You mean back when having Gitmo open was indefensible, marriage with big corporations reprehensible, and warrantless wire-tapping an unprecedented civil rights abuse?
Some time after change and a little before hope. Hypocrisy indeed.

Actually neither side had a decent set of candidates running. The old RINO and the irritating quitter or the clueless jr senator and the foot-in-mouth blowhard. No choice was a win for the citizens. Paul was a full notch below the rest. Everybody lost.

We shouldn't have to pay for the damage done by the illegals either. I guess discussing WHY they are unwelcome is unimportant? I guess you think we should do nothing? Wait til you or a relative gets killed. The feds have been sitting on their hands for decades. Perhaps you would like to live at the border and endure the gunfights and violence? Are you even aware of it?

Perhaps reading about different types of people and the groups of traits that they exhibit. Conservatives vs liberals and even moderates have though processes that are unique to the personality types. This is used for criminal profiling, to mental testing, to hiring, especially in security clearances. You have heard of left brain vs right brain thinking? where do you think it came from?

You know where the identification right = `conservative,' left = `liberal' comes from? If you do, then why do you spout such non-sense about a connection to left and right hemispheres of the brain?

BadKosh, I'm starting to winder if you're serious or if this is all just part of some live Dadaist performance. I'm hoping it's the latter.

Where do *you* think it came from?
(I'll give you a hint: if it has *anything* to do with politics, today's conservatives are probably more likely to be *left*-brain thinkers)

So it's OK with you then? Then why are you complaining about it when others do it? I can still only suppose the irony of that is lost on you.

Seriously?
The irony seems to be that you are either unaware of the science and the usage by so many agencies and such that you think it's just my personal opinion. Are you assuming it's false? Irony is in your mind, not mine. But again, I'm not so eager to let emotions run my life as you are. Science is a tool, and emotions are a hindrance.

Wait, I thought, according to you, putting people in groups was a 'liberal thinking process'. Now it's 'science'? So, 'liberal thinking process' = 'science'? Hmmmmmm....

Fixed that for ya.
(Yes, I know that Black Republicans exist, but when the party chairman (who knows a things or two about Black Republicans) basically admits that there is no reason for a Black person to vote Republican, you have to wonder why any blacks bother to run as Republicans.)

I might but not until all the entitlements are gone. We have no business reducing spending in an area that is actually a constitutional as well as moral duty of government while simultaneously being bankrupted by goverment nanny programs which are unethical, economically retarded, and in the end hurts people more than they help.
Our current defense spending is that of a country who is interested in occupying rather than defending. If we stop trying to be everywhere and controlling everything, our defense spending should necessarily be lower.
|
Being in debt and celebrating a lower deficit is like being on a diet and celebrating the fact you gained two pounds this week instead of five.

Why does the "all of the above" approach that you embrace with energy policy not apply here? Why can't you advocate abandoning entitlements while at the same time look at our defense spending which seems quite out-of-hand?
