@driven -- agreed completely. Right now, (for me anyway) it's a $99 expense I try and justify. Whereas if they really leveraged some of the other things they -could- do with it... It would be a service people would have to justify not having.

Very well said. Right now though, I'm happy with the new (and finally usable mail app!) So, I'll hold off a few weeks before I start to complain again. LOL

Again, "so much for free Mobileme".
My account type is once again "Individual" and not "Full member" as it was for a few weeks.

I'm still surprised that apple mail, mobile me, etc, still doesn't have a sort by from feature where you can type a few letters of a last name and jump to that. Entourage does that. It's very handy.

Sorting and searching is the #1 area where MobileMe still needs some improvement. If I could search on the content of my e-mail from the web then I'd be apt to drop GMail entirely.
Fortunately at least I can search local mail stores using Mail.app (Mac) and Outlook (Win7)
