I am running iTunes 10.2 and I know 10.3 is available, but when I go to iTunes --> Check for Updates it insists that 10.2.2 is the current version.
I had to download 10.3 manually.

Why does this always seem to happen with iTunes?

Dunno what the problem is but I've always been able to use Software Update. I've never had to manually download anything.

At any rate, it seems Apple is providing delta updates already as the iTunes update is only 26 MB.

I logged into iTunes after installing 10.3 and was greeted by a message "This Apple ID is valid only in the U.S. Store" which automagically disappeared w/o me doing anything.

Ah well, it is a beta.
