I'm getting a file 'could not print xxxx.jpg because of a disk error' message when trying to print in Adobe Photoshop CS5 after updating to Lion.

Anyone know what might be going on? I've tried repair permissions but that did not fix the issue.

What should I do?

Try checking that your scratch disks are working.

Go to [photoshop][preferences][performance]

and make sure you have at least one scratch disk listed and that it's ticked/checked (to the left)

That wasn't it but I contacted Adobe and this fixed the issue:

-
Re-create the Photoshop CS5 preferences file:

Quit Photoshop CS5.
Rename the Users\[username]\Library\Preferences\Adobe Photoshop CS5 Settings\Adobe Photoshop CS5 Prefs.psp folder to Adobe Photoshop CS5 Prefs.old.
Start Photoshop CS5. Photoshop creates a new Adobe Photoshop CS5 Prefs.psp file.
