no it's a sliding gate opening to the left to reveal a Douglas DC-7 replacement designed and made by Apple.

From the start, I find the logo looks like multiple AppleTV stacked on top of each other

Well, it's obvious that the MM and the WW cancel out, so what remains is DC XIII, which translates to 613.
So we know that while iOS 7 will be shown, iOS 6.1.3 will be released at WWDC.
Either that, or there's a massive cooperation planned for this year (2013, MMXIII) with DC comics.
Either way, it's clear that the OP is full of crap.

i think the text has no meaning. the designer is just being cute to make the WW and MM reflection-like.
obviously the central theme of iOS 7 will be multitasking among apps, hence the multi-layering of the app icons.

I'd buy a twatch over a twitch.

However I'd buy an iWitch before a twatch.

Well, Tim Cook did just basically reveal that Apple was an iWatch in the works ...
It sounds like Tim thinks the Pebble is a piece of crap too. Not sure why he kept showing off his Fuelband though. Apple must be getting really tight with Nike ...

Yeah, but I'm rootin' for the small guy. I'm happy for Pebble.

I have a fairly solid rumor source who says the watch has left the skunkworks lab, but is far away from being an actual product.
Also remember that with Apple, far away from being an actual product can mean shrink-wrapped, in a box, on a shipping pallet.
It's not actually go unless it's actually go.

Apparently, Apple ordered 1,000 iWatch prototypes from Foxconn for testing a while back so finding one at skunkworks wouldn't surprise me.

Well, Sony announced their smartwatch this week. It looks like a rehash of their old one though ... no imagination or innovation whatsoever. We need Apple or Google to drop something worth buying ... all of the best smartwatches available right now are complete junk. Even the Pebble will fade into obscurity by next year.
