is Newertech gone for good ? anyone know where i can get drivers or installers for maxpower . got the card for free and i think it needs a driver or some installer to work in a 9500 .

You can probably download drivers from newertech.com. Plus, Sonnettech hired most of the software engineers from Newer, so they may put out updates in the future.
