What is the best download you have gotten from versiontracker.com? There are many, but I think the best shareware I got/paid for is WindowshadeX or FruitMenu and the best Freeware is WeatherPop.

I usually keep my system running lean, but I just grabbed WeatherPop today, great proggie. I also got Xounds and WindowshadeX from VT, and KeepSoundAwake is indispensible for keeping the sound amplifier from shutting off in my Ti667 (bug introduced in 10.1.3).

Just a few I found first at VT:

BrickHouse - the best firewall configuration software for X
CaptainFTP - preserves long file names where Transmit doesn't, also works properly behind a firewall where Transmit doesn't
Net Monitor - kick-ass network traffic monitor, works great in the menubar
MP3 Rage - mp3 organizer, ID3 tag and filename editor, Napster client

PageSpinner as a base HTML editor - taught me a few lessons on HTML. Haven't paid for it yet but soon will.
If I had a signature, it would look something like this
