Hopefully MAIRONMAN weighs in on his involvement in tonight's festivities.

Any chance we could try and beat those three scenarios under the suggested time?

Sorry dudes, I won't be able to play tonight. Gotta spend time with the little lady. Its the price I pay for not having her around during the week.

Although, if she decides to go out with friends or something tonight I'll log on and see if you guys are on. But don't count on me being there.

And that comic is funny!

I wish you could smack the pigeons with a baseball bat, or stab them with the knife.

That makes too much sense and would make finding them less annoying.

Edit: Is kb trying to break the record for most live log ons in an hour?

Hah, yeah it would be great if they had a special animation just for killing pigeons with the bat. He could wind up like a T-Ball player, taking a few slow practice swings to line up the shot, then BAM! the pigeon goes flying (against its will of course).

Also, the Eddie Low character is really disturbing. I have no idea what they were going for with him, but boy, I was glad when his segment was over.

Oh man, that had to be the creepiest part of this whole game.

I can't recall if I have done one or two missions for that guy. I hope I get to take him out at some point.

EDIT: I just looked it up and I still have one more mission with him. I'm bringing my bat...(and my knife)

Not ideal for dealing with copters, but a fun ride. I have no idea how any of us survived as long as we did in the lake.

My favorite moment was near the bowling alley in dukes. I RPGed you as you sped towards me in a Turismo and I took the front bumper right in the face.

I re-spawn seconds later to see you still sitting in the burnt out hulk.

I was trying to see if I cold get it to honk.

BTW, I jacked one of the pieces o **** cars yesterday (like the ones you use for LJs missions) and the damn thing actually had an alarm that went off. Hilarious if you know what the horn sounds like on those things.

6. Pretty easy to get early in the game by just going where you're not supposed to.

I tried crossing a bridge that was manned by police. I sped across on a bike, then jumped into a swat van. I drove until it exploded (over 10 minutes . Another time I managed to jack an armored truck, but got stuck on the other side. The cops kept shooting until I inadvertently pressed the triangle and was whacked when I left the truck. I don't know how long that would have gone on because the could not shoot me while I was in the truck. It was fun while it lasted.

Agreed, it's one hell of a game. The atmosphere it creates is second to none.

So I took a chopper and flew as high as I could and smashed into a tour copter to try to kill it but instead my blades came off so I started to fall towards the earth. About half way down I jumped out of the chopper and by luck landed in water waaaaaaay off the coast from the airport and survived fine. It took me 4 minutes to swim back to shore though!

I also tried it a few more times and it seems that no matter how high you are as long as you land in water you'll live with no damage.

I haven't seen trucks connected to any trailers but I don't know if you can do it manually.

It was also strange that I never saw a Bus moving on the road but only saw empty ones on the side of the road. Never tried to drive one either.

There was a truck parked in front of a tanker and I tried hooking it up a couple of times before the cops showed up and I had to evade them. This was in my "sand box" game I have set up to screw around in. My real game I am only about 15-20% done in. The wife gives me that look if I play too long.
I know most of you are well past this, but just in case! (about my sand box game adventures)

You can't hook one on yourself, but you can steal one. It's a shame really, you could do it in San Andreas. Some fun I've had lately has been driving whatever large heavy vehicle I can find the wrong way down the road and hitting things head-on. It amazes me how different the crashes mangle the cars each time, the effects on the game just blow me away.

Jack an armored truck. I am only 20% into the game so there are still areas that are off limits. I drove passed a police blockade and drove into oncoming traffic. The SWAT vans and LCPD cars were flying everywhere, good times. (over 10 minutes)

I noticed in the credits that Iggy Pop is the DJ for Radio Broker. I also saw Juliette Lewis' name as a DJ. I wonder if its the Juliette Lewis?

BTW - Finished the story this weekend. Pretty cool! I am at about 90% now. Just need the pigeons, jumps, and a couple other minor things to get to 100%.

Then I go back and redo the story in under 30 hours! Woop!

Yes, disregarding the comics, the only celebrities in the game seem to be the Radio DJs. All of them.

Yeah, speaking of comics, I found Ricky Gervais to be pretty boring. Kat Williams was much funnier, IMO.
