I totally agree. There are probably 20 people who get MCSE and then sit back for every one that goes on into the real deep stuff. It's sad, but it's a reflection of our society. I know people who figure "I have an associates degree in my field, so I'm set. I never have to go to school again." I'm about to go after a Masters in a completely new field unrelated to my BS. I haven't been in school in ten years, and it's something I've missed. It't that "lifelong love of learning" thing, I guess.
