half the politic's department left to protest on tuesday and no one told me (I occasioinally skip class...)
So, guess who felt like an idiot when he showed up for his 8:30am lecture to find the hall empty?

Is America the only land that has "Freedom"? Because apparently terrorists hate them and attack America because they are jealous of their freedom. This is the biggest crock I have ever heard

I'd still like to figure out why it is that during Canada's last election there was a 60% turnout (an all-time low), while the USA election turnout was around 40% (an all-time high)?

What does this say about these countries? Are Canadians more informed, and/or care more? Is voting too difficult or inconvenient in the USA? Is there some sort of relationship here or other explanation?
