Hmm.. Is the image there if you navigate to the image via the Finder? It's part of the WebKit Framework so I don't see why it wouldn't be there.
Edit: I just tested this in Firefox myself. It seems that clicking the link does, in fact, do nothing. However pasting the URL into Firefox's address bar does get the desired effect (assuming you're running OSX)
