NVU is a free as in beer, web page composer. It aims to replace Microsoft's FRontpage on windows and Linux. 0.50 is the first version which includes mac os X as a platform. The announcement can be found here . The product works on 10.2.8 and up and can be downloaded from http://www.nvu.com/download.html .

Great! I've been waiting for an OS X version of Nvu for ages -- I take notes with Mozilla Composer, and it shows its age.

Actually, it's free as in freedom as well, since it's open-source under the MPL/LGPL/GPL tri-license (same way as Mozilla is).
