They got a lot of mileage out of that shoot. I wonder what the pay ratio was between model and photographer.
Do you want forgiveness or respect?

I remember watching a little Tablet PC flash demo made by Microsoft, and I counted no fewer than THREE different Macs appearing at various points throughout the demo. First it showed a "generic laptop," which was a PowerBook 1400. Then it showed a guy working on a laptop on a plane, and it was a PowerBook 3400. And finally they had a person working on a beige G3 on a desk. I think they actually had more Macs than PCs in the thing.

Okay... how did you manage to pull all these uses of the same pic together? I'm impressed.
Agreed.
Unless you looked at the source of the picture and there was a common name....I could check to see if that it how it was done but.....Why?
Who reads this???

I guess she's supposed to be all wholesome (NOT like the stoned Apple girl) and cute and such. But WHERE is it "jacket and hat" cool when school starts? I grew up in Southern Michigan and it was usually quite warm-sometimes HOT-when school started in September. I live in South Central Texas now, and we get about three weeks of good "jacket and hat" weather (called Winter) some time between New Years and Valentine's Day. Scarf? I wish!

But she IS cute.

She's "The Smile That Wouldn't Die!" Really, I hope she gets LOTS of residuals for those pictures, as common as they are. And wdlove, those sentiments are EXACTLY what the ad people WANT you to have when you see that picture. Yes, they are that bad-my mom worked in advertising (the art department to be specific) for nearly 30 years, and I did summer internships there too. You must ALWAYS look at ads critically, particularly when they tug a heartstring or such.

She's cute, and she appears to have enjoyed what she was doing, but that's what they said about Linda Lovelace too, and look at her story afterward.

You're comparing our wholesome Stock Photo Girl to a porn star?

OK maybe I can see the resemblance...
