Hi everyone, first post. My friend dropped her MB and the screen is not working right. Before sending it off for a screen replacement, I figured I'd get a second opinion. The screen isn't cracked, but it looks like:

The dark area is gray, not black.
Think I should have it replaced? Could it be a loose internal connection? Brightness works. It boots fine, and uses and external display fine.
