Are the menus going to be
semi-transparent and...

You must have tried the

well - what was wrong with
them to have gone this misty/

Yes the menus are semitransparent. When you use the theme you'll see, and if you dont agree with them as they are you'll see they are VERY easily modified to appear as your requesting.

Don't let this make you think Latium is staying only in green... it's coming along quite nicely towards other colors, and some much needed improvements. As Max said, "Latium I though had nice windows, but I'm not that impressed with the buttons." Well, the buttons were a rush job, as was everything else, and that rush job is being fixed now.

Latium would look great in a grey and white, sort of like a futuristic OS 6

Anyways, another day another desktop

That's my quick user switching menu extra, it's a little house icon that saves menu bar space.
Yup that's the NEOS iTunes skin.

It's just a crappie 2nd display I use mainly for extras because it's not that clear anymore. I still don't even have an LCD, so it's not as fancy a setup as it seems.

Is that available for public consumption, or might you be willing to make it available (with instructions)?
