I highly recommend Mobile Planet (formerly Expansys USA). If you're not in the U.S., there are local sites for many countries. They will not be the cheapest, but they are honest, their service is top-notch and should you have a problem, you'll be able to get someone on the phone who speaks English (if English is your thing).
As eagerly as I recommend Mobile Planet/Expansys, DO NOT use MyWorldPhone. They are teh suXXor. Filthy liars who will steal accessories from your "new" phone box before they ship to you, then tell you said accessories weren't included in your purchase. I could go on and on, but just do yourself a favor and avoid them.

On ebay you can get it for $250 unlocked NEW.
Trust me, your best bet is ebay or signing a contract with a carrier where you get a HUGE price cut.

He;s not kidding about HUGE price cuts. I got my RAZR from Cingular for $99; it lists for something like $400. And if you're a NEW subscriber, you can get even better deals-like $79 for the RAZR...If it's a hot new phone, all the carriers are anxious for your business and willing to practically GIVE you that phone-for a two year commitment at some minimum service level.
