Anyone try it or got it working?

I'd be mostly interested in knowing about Avantgo support.

Thanks

Yep as long as you have VPC 5 you can sync with the iPAQ fine. It works with Avantgo as well. I have a iPAQ 3850 and before that the 3630 and both have been able to sync under VPC.

Pauline,
I believe the synching can only happen with a serial port connection since VPC doesn't support USB connection yet!
It's "Brewed" not "Juiced"

Visit PocketMac.net and download PocketMac. It allows you to sync a PocketPC with a Mac.

Does PocketMac let you sync to the new Pocket PC phones? I'm interested in the MM02 XDA but don't want to get it if it won't sync with my Powerbook G4?

Here is more info.

I know I started drooling the moment I saw it! They reckon it will be around 400 on a BT Cellnet contract and 650 for sim free. I'm going to go for sim free and pop my Orange contract sim into it. It seems expensive that way but a new iPaq is 580 so for an extra 70 you are getting a phone with GPRS and more. Expansys are the only people I've seen listing it for sale. Their site and page on it is
here.

There is also a min-review/preview at Pocket PC Writer.

You can pre-order now which is what I've done and you don't have to pay until they are ready to ship. First batch is expected end of March/start of April.

Thx! I bought an iPaq 3850 to replace my Visor Prism, and it works great under VPC 5!

Its taken a couple of days messing about with Windows 98 / Outlook / Palm Desktop (under Windows), but I managed to get my data off the Visor and onto my iPaq.

And no problems with the USB.
