Ok, this is pretty neat. Want to make your computer so a user can only access the currently open applications but not ANY files or unopen apps (or networks, etc). First, open all the apps you want open (remember, you won't be able to open anything else). Next do this in the terminal: umount -A

I haven't figured out how to remount the fle system, but restarting does it anyway.
