OK... I know this is a noob question, but I have tried applying the icons with candybar, but they don't stick... Heck, they don't even apply.
So, how do I apply the application icons? (Finder and Trash work great.)

oops... upt the wrong files... I have changed them now.
These will work!

Actually... If you could make more, that would be great.

Start with the basic system replacement. You have some of that finished already. Get Candybar(www.iconfactory.com), look at the system icons. Make one for each.
Then, do the basic apple apps. You have some of this done too!
THEN, do things for other apps (i.e. Photoshop, yadda yadda...)

Basically... Cover the main system set first. Then move onto the peripherals stuffz.

Thanks for your great work so far. This is really really fun!

what I did was tweak Cold to be a bit darker. Use GUI Tweaker, it is built in to Shape Shifter.
