Anyone know if this Crucial RAM will work in a dualie 2.5? I've gone through Crucial.com's RAM finder and it lists a different model number as compatible, but damned if I can see ANY difference whatsoever between the two.

Thanks!

No doubt. As long as it's a DDR400 (PC3200) it should work.

I ordered 4 sticks of that RAM for my Dual 2.0 G5. It arrived this morning. The only problem I had was that one dimm was a bit tough to get into its slot. Other than that no problems. I noticed that the Apple factory RAM in my computer is Samsung branded RAM.

Newegg prices really fluctuate. In just a week the price for this RAM has gone from $78--> $81 --> $78 and now $87.

Crucial RAM is top-notch. I have put it in my G5 Rev b 2.0, both of my powerbook g4 ti's, and 2 of my pc's. Not one chip has ever failed me.

Many thanks for all the replies! I've been tracking the prices on the RAM as well. It's like watching the stock market.

I ordered mine last week from NewEgg, 1 GB (2x 512) Crucial DDR400 PC3200 it cost $156 including free shipping. I installed them in my dual 1.8 (older version) and everything is fine.

I noticed this week its up about $10 per chip.
Thanks in advance.
