I think this should be not allowed. It messes up the post when you quote the person with a username that has tags such as the "[/quote]" tag.

Don't quote the person. Or edit the name.

For example, people who still feel the need to sign their posts. it takes an extra second or two, but I do it. No big deal in the big scheme of things.

In the quote, just replace the second double quote (") with two single quotes ( '' )

Budster shouldn't have a problem. The mods and admins in here are near useless. All he should do is create another username. They certainly can't contain cash. How hard would that be?
