I am looking to mod my Ipod mini update files to change around icons. Referring to:
http://www.chrisnowak.org/old/2004/12/ipod-hacking.html
which is from last year, it tells exactly how to do it, even with the mini, which I have had problems finding explanations for. One question before I go and mess with my pod is that what would the new three digit number be for the mini on the newest update file? (on the site it is 3.2.4) I just want to go in knowing all I can so that I dont screw up anything. Thanks guys, I have also posted this in the Ipod forum because maybe people there have tried the same thing, so dont flame me heh.

You could just use alterPod. Does pretty much everything, bar editing the files themselves.
