iTunes cant see my Rio500

	The subject line pretty much sums it up. I've tried plugging it into every USB port I have (hub, keyboard, the machine itself). I've tried plugging it in before and after starting iTunes, turning it off and on, everything I can think of. The Rio500 is listed by apple as a supported MP3 player. The software fom Diamond sees it okay, but I'd like to use iTunes. Any ideas? Thanks, JEff
