Extra PCI slot, loss of microphone (analog) audio input, built-in amplifier (iSub/Pro Speakers support), nVIDIA option. CD-RW instead of DVD.
I personally would go with the 466.

The 466 has faster FSB and RAM. It will perform significantly faster.
