Any thoughts on these two, other than the 66 mhz/CD burner?

faster system bus (133) better AGP support (4x) better upgrade path in my opinion

Extra PCI slot, loss of microphone (analog) audio input, built-in amplifier (iSub/Pro Speakers support), nVIDIA option. CD-RW instead of DVD.

I personally would go with the 466.

The 466 has faster FSB and RAM. It will perform significantly faster.

Uh, you forgot DVD with the 400 and the option to have RADEON on the 466 idiot...
