I went to the Apple Store online and checked out the 12" PowerBook and it says it has 512MB of RAM but with two separate 256MB RAM. Does this mean the 12" PowerBook doesn't have an empty slot for extra RAM?

I jus upgraded my 12" today.
The cute pb has 256mb built in. And 1 other ram slot. This slot will take anything upto a 1Gb stick.

yes, you have to remove one of the 256mb ram blocks if you want to add more ram.

Currently I'm using my 12" with 512, and for me it's fine... Had 1Gb in my old iMac, and I can't feel any difference.
