Expensive : $69 - $75 + $15 surcharge (you're also paying round trip tolls) (according to the NYC Taxi and Limo Commission)
Better off getting a service like Carmel or Tel Aviv. Look em up.
I always just take a bus that costs about 10 bucks to Grand Central, which isn' far from where you're headed. Also traffic can be a pain, and last thing you wanna do is sit there with the meter ticking away.

About $50-$60 bucks I would say.
I took a cab from Newark to Queens once, and ouch.......

There are also cheap buses that go to the port authority, which some people find more convenient than grand central.

yeah, i found on the newark airport site, $14 seems pretty good compared to $60..
