This is a nice feature but how do you do it? How tell Mail which emails are important?

In Mail 11.3 I do not see a "Sort by Importance" option. I have Attachments, Date, Flags, From, Size, Subject, To, and Unread. No "Importance" option here...

That said, it there a way to sort a specific folder with flexibility? i.e. I sort it manually what I want at the top?

What do you consider important? You could make a rule that all emails from ImportantPerson goes to an Important folder, etc.

Andi, that's not the idea, the idea is to order manually, that what I'd like, to move up and down way I like... but..?

You could create important folders and manually move things there, but I suspect that would be very time consuming.
I create folders for events or groups, and sort them that way. Rules are great for that. It keeps those emails out of the flood of daily email.

I use the Flag feature. I actually hate this word (it connotes bad email) and how it is implemented also, so I use Spark, which implements the Flag feature in a better way and names it Pin (it connotes important email) instead, which is much more appropriate.
