Hi

Some of you may remember me from from my thread Thinking about getting a MacBook Pro.. Well, I'm sure you'll all be glad to hear that I'm definitely getting one!

There are different rumours as to when the next revision is going to be. Some people saying it won't be until October because LR is an iPod event, but others saying they are expected to come at this event. What do you all think?

Thanks

My guess is 4th quarter, after the MBP refresh; sets them up for a refresh in the middle of next year, followed by Nehalem in the 1st quarter of 2010.

Others have predicted updates at the same time as the MBP, this month.

I think it is safe to say that if Apple does update the MB/MBP this month, it will be after the 16th, when the BTS promo is finished. Others say October, or November. I hope it will be this month as I will be purchasing a new one as soon as they do come out.
