Hey guys....I'm looking to trade up my 250gig LaCie drive for something a little smaller. I've been doing some major online searching and haven't been able to find exactly what I want. Price isn't really an issue....size is though. I need a very very compact drive for carrying back and forth to school. The LaCie is just too large. I'd it to have firewire 400 and USB 2.0 on the back. And be at least 100-200 gigs, spinning at 7200rpm. If someone could lend some help that'd be amazing. Thanks a lot.

Try the OWC "on-the-go" drives. (That's Other World Computing; sorry.) I don't have one, but I keep looking at them for the portability. I know you can get them in various 400/800/USB2 configurations, and I'm nearly positive they have them at both 5400 and 7200 rpm. I have two other OWC drives (full size) and have not had any issues. And when I did have a question on the settings for an internal drive, on a Saturday no less, their customer service was great.
