I'm looking to purchase a new color InkJet printer. I'm most interested in one that I can network with a Performa 6205. Since the 6205 only has serial ports, can I install a USB PCI Card in a Power Mac 7600/132 and connect a USB printer to the 7600 and network it to the 6205's serial port? And if this is possible, can anyone recommend a printer that I can do this with?

this should be doable through printer sharing after attaching the printer to either one of the computers.

see this http://weber.u.washington.edu/~manos/network/index.html
