Scrolling down, you can find NASA, National Geographic, Smithsonian, and a bunch of other, more "palatable" news sources. I was surprised at how many different news feeds (and specific sources) were there.

You like the Google News app or the Google Play Newstand app? I like the later much more.
Apple News is nice but they need to add a dark theme and much more graphics and "oomph" to it.
