Every day, alongside our regular Daily Deals post, we are showcasing some of the offers available on our own MacNN Deals store. Today's items are a trio of drones, with all three quadcopters allowing you to fly around, perform acrobatic airborne maneuvers, and record footage from a viewpoint high in the sky, all without breaking the bank.

The Limited-Edition Code Black HD Camera Drone is probably the best offer of the three being shown to you today, and also the smallest at a width and length of 3.25 inches. Using a six-axis flight control system and weighing 1.11 pounds, this drone can fly for up to ten minutes from a 40 minute charge. Its onboard 2-megapixel camera can record 720p video onto a microSDHC card for later viewing, though there is an option to use a lower-resolution camera for the same overall cost. The main bundle costs $69 in the US, saving $65 off the price and with free delivery, while the international version is priced at $79. US customers can also pick up the drone with a Crash Pack, which includes spare blades, motors, and other components for $115, half price. All versions are on sale with free shipping, and are discounted for five more days, except the international, which has three days left to run.

The second flying machine is the UDI HD Discovery Drone and Crash Pack from Hubsan. Weighing one pound and flying for up to nine minutes from a two-hour charge, this eight-inch wide drone can perform in-air flips and rolls while on the move, and has LED lights to show where it is in the dark. Mounted underneath is a HD camera that can record footage to the accompanying 2GB microSD card, with the drone also including batteries and two spare sets of blades, in the event it crashes. Normally $225, this drone is on sale for $90 with free delivery for four more days.

Lastly, the Horizon Spy Drone from World Tech Toys is the largest quadcopter of today's group, measuring 15.75 inches long and wide. Offering flights of up to 12 minutes in length, it can perform 360-degree acrobatic moves in the air, and has three flight speed settings to match beginner and advanced skill levels. The onboard camera can store footage to a 2GB microSD card, with it being supplied with a USB microSD card reader to pull the files onto a Mac or PC, and it also has four spare rotor blades for quick repairs after a crash. Previously sold for $170, it is on sale now for $90 with free delivery for the next two days.

Nice review! Do you think this would a good choice for a High School science teacher?

I think its going to depend on use case. The new crop with the cameras is pretty nice, and our deals partner generally has good prices on them.

Ah! I was actually trying to be funny (obviously failed), considering the drone news of the day (New York, Science Teacher, Drone, Arrested...)
