Check your pockets, look in your change cup, climb between the couch cushions.

Do you have any US Quarters from 1964 or earlier? How about Half Dollars prior to 1964? I'll pay $2 for each quarter and $4 for each Half Dollar. That's EIGHT TIMES face value! If you took either of these to the local bank or supermarket you'd get exactly what's printed on it, .25 or .50 cents. Why not send them my way and make a few bucks? Did you dig some out of the backyard? Find them wedged under your car's floor mat? I don't care what shape they are in, as long as you read a date.

I'll also make offers on other old US dimes, quarters, half dollars, dollars, or american eagle dollars! Just send me an email with a description and a year (i'm focusing on the 70's and prior). Do you have any old Canadian quarters, half dollars, or dollars? I'll make an offer on those too!

Thanks!

Has the price of silver (contained in the pre-64 coins) gone up or is the dollar falling in value so hard?

both! Sadly, even tho getting the silver out of these coins is now legal, many coin dealer's won't buy "junk silver" unless it's in quantities of 100+ pieces. I've already amassed quite the bag locally, usually 3-5 coins at a time. I figure everyone wins if I buy them at 8x face value.

Plus, a have a numismatic collection to round out, so silver or not, those books gets filled first.

you have any?

Sadly, no. Although it now seems worthwhile to be more vigilant.

Hi there, please send me a private message with your contact information as well as with payment information and references. I have several pounds of silver quarters and dimes (the 90% silver ones) that I would like to get rid of.

I found quite a few quarters from the 60's and 70's but none pre 1964. Are you interested. Also what dimes are you interested in?

1964 and earlier for both Quarters and Dimes. I'll pay a full dollar for Mercury head dimes (that's 10X face value).

For someone who deals in nickels, dimes, and quarters- you sure are good at math!! ($1.00 = 10 x $0.10)

I kid, I kid.

I'm still looking for quarters. I got $20 worth of quarters from the bank and not a single one was before 1964!

Not sure I follow the joke here, the math is correct. I offered $1 (10X face value to show tremendous ROI) for a dime vs the $2 and $4 (8X face value) I offered earlier for quarters and halves.

Keep the PM's rollin, I'm still buying!

Great response so far, you guys rock.

This week only (April 28 - May 2), I'll do 11 times face value for the following US coins:

1916-1964 Dime $1.10
1932-1964 Quarter $2.75
1916-1964 Half Dollar $5.50
1878-1935 Dollar Coin $11.00

Sorry, not interested in pennies or foreign denominations for now....

I've got a few old QTRS & some REALLY old Dimes laying around, will send details later this evening
Personally I find it hilarious that you have the hots for my gramma. Especially seeins how she is 3x your age, and makes your Brittney-Spears-wannabe 30-something wife look like a rag doll who went thru WWIII with a burning stick of dynamite up her a** :)

Back to 10X Face Value for dimes, quarters, half dollars, or dollars. My PayPal is almost empty, so I'll be done buying soon. PM a list ASAP.
