Someone needs to make a Marvin Dashboard Widget, the one on the site is Windows only.

There is the Screensavers and Smart Folder for OSX, though.

I have a slightly modified Marvin wallpaper (as seen in the Gui customization thread) I would be happy to share, I'll host it up and post the link a bit later (it's cinco de mayo you know) for all of you.

I also found a Marvin Adium tray icon...

I get four, 'too', 'wall papers', 'guide' should be Guide and 'Hitchhikers' should be Hitchhiker's.

Damn, missed the "Hitchhikes" one.

But you did a mistake too.
Spelling Nazi... Nazi means "national socialist" so, what should "Spelling national socialist" mean?

then really, you mean there are 6 because if you put a '?' at the end, you have an incomplete sentence; "Any links to cool Hitchhiker's Guide wallpapers and icons?

Wow its kinda lame to criticize someone for grammar. It was 4am and I had spent the evening with OSX tiger. I guess from now on if i have any further questions I will be much more articulate in my question.

Maybe it should read...
"I have a slight request for links to cool wallpapers from "The Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy".

no no no....
it should be:

"I have a slight request for links to cool wallpapers from "The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy".

You need that punctuation in Hitchhiker's to make it ok

Sorry, I have nothing better to do while I'm at work and don't take it personally, I know that I skirt the edge of dyslexia at the best of times

The US version of the movies site sucks. Visit the UK version instead.

Soooo much better.

http://www.hhgttgonline.com/php/gall...lbum=12&page=1

also has loads- all the official ones and lots of custom ones (many not very good but there are some great ones.)
Some people wear their heart up on their sleeve.
I wear mine underneath my right pant leg,
strapped to my boot.

Can anyone send me the mac version of the Marvin the Paranoid Android icon from Iconfactory?

[email protected]

I can't find it anywhere, now that it's gone from Iconfactory.

Cheers.

I already fgound the correct link, but just so you know, "Much of the below information was gathered from Nick Botti's site." is not a URL.

BTW, any chance of the US getting the cool UK Special Edition version, or do I have to freaking kill someone? I mean, I need SOMETHING to put with the huge 4'x6' Bus Shelter Poster I have on my wall. A plain DVD won't cut it!

Whoops. That'll teach me not to trust Copy/Paste... I already type faster than I think (which may not be as impressive as it sounds... LOL)

Anyway, the link is fixed.

As for the UK special edition, I've got it on good authority that we (ie - the US) will get it eventually, though probably not for at least 3 months.
