Hi,

I would love to be able to click on a calendar and have a list of all the events show up in the info window or below, under the search bar. It seems this should be possible, yet I can't seem to make iCal do this.

For example, I think that if I clicked on the calendar "US Holidays" I would get a list of all the holidays ordered by date in the info window. That way I don't have to scroll month by month to see what day holiday X lands on.

This seems so simple, yet it drives me nuts that I haven't figured out how to get this sort of display.

Thanks a bunch!
Alex

Send Feedback to Apple as I don't think this is currently possible. However, you can create a .pdf of a calendar in list format via the print mechanism:

Not ideal, but until the feature is added, it is a workaround.

Also, if you are on 10.4, you may want to download the iCal Events Widget which does this for you in Dashboard, but only up to 14 days in advance.

Do you mean like this?

Just command-click once, to de-select all calendars, then click once to select the calendar of interest. And choose View:Show Search Results, or the little list button to the left of the to-do button on the bottom. But perhaps you meant something other than this?

Yes, that's what I meant. That's good enough.
Thanks for the solution!
