	I want to thank the people who responded to my query of 3/10, especially E. Funke who provided the elements I finally needed to effect success. To Visioneer Customer Service, I can report that, contrary to your assertions, a Paperport Vx will work perfectly well when using System 8.6; you may want to correct your files..... Thanks again to you all, and to MacNN for this forum! JohnP
