OK, please clarify what you mean. An Apple laptop AC adapter comes with the following, whether it's included with a computer or bought as a spare:
1. the AC adapter with tethered DC cord to the computer
2. attached to #1 is the "duck-head" ungrounded plug, selected for your country
3. a grounded AC cord that attaches to #1 in place of #2.
What do you need?

Whatever bit it is, you can get it from Apple. You may have to get a whole new adaptor though. Try posting on craigslist for someone who may have a dead one with the part you need.

Both the cords and duck-heads (nos 2 and 3) are available as service parts through any Apple authorized service provider. There's certainly no need to buy a whole new adapter.
The easiest (but not cheapest) way to buy a new duck-head is to get the World Travel Adapters pack, which includes all 6 duck-heads used worldwide.
