safari + eurostile looks good to me...

Kerning is tight, letters look a little jumbled up with that font.

. Komisar, caesar was at least futhering the conversation with a comment on the DP. your posting antics seem to be very...Hypocritical. You call others post-whores yet you continue posting one- line jabs at other members. If you are not post-whoring, then what is? Your comments hardly ever further the conversation (especially as of late), and it seems as if you are TRYING to force a confrontation out of everyone else on the board.
BTW, themosco, I like your icons.

It is not a hypocritical statement, because in it i refer to myself as a post whore... so why don't you stfu. It would only be hypocritical if i said "you post whore...". And aren't you being a post whore because you are responding to my post whoring?.... And finally I know caesar and its a joke that i think most people get in this forum.... so out of all this ranting at your ranting..... STFU.... AND MOVE ON!
And why don't i just post the top ten posters for the hell of it:

Whhahhaahaaaattttttttt!!!!!!!!!!!!!?????????????++ +++++++
I'm not in the top10 !? time to get cracking.
I'll begin now.
Click here for my exceptional good looks
Theme: Paper & Plastic
Icons: Kill Bill + The Last Order and various ones(shown in the dock)
Adium, the best IM-app I've tried this far. Proteus4 blew up because of an illegal action.
Wallpaper: included with Paper & Plastic.
Also Shiira and Konfabulator + CeePeeYou.
iTunes is playing some good oldschool techno from the early-mid 90's. Which is my favorite kind of music.

Just me trying to explain that I ditched it. And being funny at the same time - which did not succeed.
The illegal action was to close it and the blew up part was finding all the Proteus bits on my HD. something like that. I'm not a master of the English language that's why

No, but I remember many of the badges in "your" icon set, because I made them. By badges do mean the little glyph thingies on the folders/drives? For example, you use a screwdriver on the folder in one set, does that mean that people can't use a screwdriver, or does it mean they can't cut and paste the screwdriver from your set? I ask because I don't understand what he did wrong, not because I am stirring.

it means that you can't use HIS screwdriver on YOUR icon set.
i'd be like cutting the smile from the mona lisa and putting it on your painting.

Ok kids, we're at 84 pages here on a VERY cool thread. Please exit this thread and start something elsewhere for your testosterone-fest. This is a thread for posting your desktop pics, if you wish to discuss/argue about HIG icons and the misuse of someone's icons make a new thread.
I don't want to lock this thread, so don't make me.
Now... BACK ON TOPIC.

P.S. you didn't say if you liked my desktop ?

Thanks, while on that topic, does anyone know of an app or a hack which I could use to just put the % of my charge in the menu bar?
Thanks

Yeah, I always go back to Neos after trying another theme...
I also always went back to my own completely custom made desktop pic but this one here is the first one I didn't want to change for a pretty long time now - thanks to LordSith for inspiring me to use and edit it a little bit (and of course thanks to the person who originally created this picture!!! I want more!)
