Hey, I have a weird problem that's coming up on my friend's 12-inch Powerbook at startup.

When he turns on his computer, a globe icon pops up. Then a folder takes it's place, alternating between a Finder logo and a question mark. Then Mac OSX starts up as normal. Is this a problem?

Go to System Preferences/System/Startup Disk and select the OS X system you want it to boot from.
