So I have activated DMZ Plus on my 2Wire router with two different computers running X.3
It all works great for a few weeks then suddenly one morning I wake up and the computer fails to connect to the net. I can see the wireless signal but I cannot get any outside connection nor can I access the router's Web interface which before I normally could. I have tried in the past to reset the router hoping the problem would fix itself but it does not. The only way I get functionality back is to turn off the DMZ.

Like I said this has happened to two different machines and I have yet to be able to figure out why this just suddenly happens. Does anyone know why the problem came out of nowhere and how to fix it?

Perhaps the Local IP addresses of your machines have changed from what was assigned by DMZ. Are they using DHCP?
